Wednesdays 6:00pm – 6:35pm
The week can be full of so many responsibilities from our home life to our careers. While these responsibilities can be great, they take a lot of time and energy to maintain effectively. This group session will give us the midweek recharge to keep going vigorously! Let’s have fun and enjoy staying active. You’ve got this!
PERSONAL TRAINING:
For personal training, we offer collaborative consultation, as well as program design and application. In addition, we won’t stop at tracking your progress and achievements. We will help you maintain those accomplishments and aim even higher!
